 GENIKI Bank, designed Military Care Plan, a tailor-made insurance program for armed forces staff, at an extra low cost and with special insurance coverage.

Description

Military Care Plan is an insurance program that offers 24/7 coverage even on duty time, in case of death or full or partial permanent disability caused by an accident*. The program is offered to all workers in the armed forces and the security forces. The insured person has also the option to insure his family (wife & children) through the Military Care Plan.

Characteristics

• Military Care Plan covers not only death by accident but also full or partial permanent disability caused by an accident on duty too.
• The insured person will choose the program that meets its needs.
• The insurance premiums fluctuate between €30.000-€60.000 plus €10.000 per person in case of additional insurance for the family (wife, children).

 *For family coverage the yearly premium of each program (1 & 2) is charged by €18

• Beneficiaries of the program are the spouse and the children (up to 3).
• The fee is paid on a yearly basis and is debited directly from the deposit bank account of the insured person with a standing order or can be paid by credit card.
• The insurance is additional to any other insurance program (public or private).
• The insurance coverage is offered all over the world, 24h per day, and even on duty within the Greek territory.

1. Who can be beneficiaries of the insurance?
It is up to you to define the beneficiaries of your preference by filling in the special fields in the application form.

2. Does my participation in the program entail any obligation for the beneficiaries?
No. Your participation does not produce any obligation for the beneficiaries.

3. Is it possible to upgrade/ change the GENIKI Military Care Plan in which I am insured?
Yes it is. All you have to do is wait for the renewal date of your program to join a different program.

4. Can I change the beneficiaries ?
Yes you may. All you have to do is contact your personal Relationship Manager and fill in the relevant form with the names of the new beneficiaries of your choice.

5. What is the procedure of indemnity?
The beneficiaries will have to declare the incident to GENIKI Bank and collect all requested documentation. If the requested documents are collected the compensation is given immediately from the Insurance company.

6. Does the program cover cases of death due to a car accident or air crash?
Yes, as long as the accident was taking place within the framework of an official assignment.

7. I am working for the Armed Forces / Police etc. Does this program cover me?
Yes, worldwide and 24/7 in your private life. Coverage during duty hours, within the Greek territory.
